The video starts with a time lapse of a field of flowers. [Title: Mount Revelstoke National Park]

Two young adults start their hike at the Eva and Jade Lake trail sign. Walking past trees, fields of flowers, and even a small cascade.

One of the two men stops to soak his head in the cold stream. After arriving at Eva Lake, one man takes a selfie while the other jumps into the lake.

Fly fishing is followed by a lunch on the shore before the two continue their hike. As the trail takes them higher up the mountain the trail becomes more rocky.

Passing a few patches of the snow the two arrive at their destination. A beautiful viewpoint looking down on Jade Lake.

The video finishes with a time lapse from the same viewpoint.
